Last updated: August 27, 2026

Current website

GenXis is presenting an early view of its verification infrastructure. Materials may change as the products develop.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the public genxis.com website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Pre-release materials

The site describes GenXis and capabilities that may be pre-release or may change. The materials are informational and are not a promise that any feature, service, price, or schedule will be available.

3. Waitlist and strategic partner forms

Submitting a form does not guarantee a response, early access, product availability, or any commercial relationship. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, and nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt or overload the site, bypass its controls, submit spam or malicious content, or misrepresent your affiliation with GenXis.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the GenXis name and logo, design, copy, and software belong to GenXis or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond ordinary viewing. Feedback may be used by GenXis without restriction unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains cookieless measurement over our bridge and how form submissions are handled.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and GenXis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for site use will not exceed one hundred US dollars. You agree to indemnify GenXis against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the form on the homepage.
